TB X-Ray Van

In Lesotho, a hidden crisis is unfolding. While Bracelet of Hope has long fought on the front lines of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, we know that we cannot defeat HIV without also tackling its most frequent companion: Tuberculosis (TB).

Bringing Life-Saving Screening to the Heart of the Community

Tuberculosis remains one of the most significant health challenges in Lesotho. Because early detection is the key to recovery and preventing community spread, we’re deploying a specialized TB X-Ray Van in May 2026—a state-of-the-art diagnostic clinic on wheels. While our general Mobile Health Units provide primary care, this dedicated unit is equipped with advanced digital imaging technology to identify respiratory issues in minutes, even in the most remote rural villages.

The Critical Link: TB and HIV

Our TB X-Ray Van allows us to find these cases early, ensuring that patients receive the integrated care they need to manage both conditions and stay healthy.

Your gift today ensures that distance and poverty are no longer barriers to life-saving diagnostics.
