Rotary International District 7080 Conference
Dr. Anne-Marie Zajdlik to be keynote speaker at Rotary Conference dinner on Saturday, October 24th 2009, being held at the Delta Hotel in Guelph. (Dinner 6-9 p.m., keynote address 7:30 p.m.)
Anne-Marie will share her unique insights into the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Africa, particularly as it relates to the Kingdom of Lesotho, a land-locked sub Saharan African nation contained completely within the borders of South Africa.
Dr. Zajdlik will share some of her most recent experiences in Lesotho where she served at the Tsepong Clinic in August/September 2009, working alongside a team of Canadian clinicians including Waterloo Mayor Brenda Halloran.
