Board of Directors

  • Dr. Anne-Marie Zajdlik is a family doctor and an HIV physician in Guelph, Ontario. She is founder and director of the Bracelet of Hope campaign and the Masai Centre for Local, Regional and Global Health. She’s a regional HIV specialist and a past member of the board of directors for the OHAfrica Foundation.
  • Dr. Jeff Wilson is a professor of public health epidemiology at the University of Guelph and president of Novometrix Research Inc., a consulting firm which provides health research services to government and industry. He serves as chair of the Bracelet of Hope Campaign and is scientific advisor for research at the Tšepong clinic.
  • Beth Kummling has been Executive Director of the Bruce Trail Conservancy, Ontario's third largest non-profit land conservation organization, since July 2004. For 15 years prior to that she was in senior management with an environmental engineering firm, researching the impacts of toxic chemicals on humans and the environment. Beth serves as vice chair of the Board and chair of the governance and strategic planning committee.
  • Dianne Antoine is a senior accountant at Embree & Co. LLP in Guelph, Ontario. She has been with the firm for 10 years, earning her CGA designation in 2001. Formerly, Dianne served on the board of directors of the Alzheimer’s Society of Guelph and Wellington. Dianne heads the finance committee.
  • David Noble is the founder and principal of 2degreesC. He is a systems entrepreneur working on change initiatives aimed at resolving the climate crisis. He joined the Board in 2007.
  • Mathew Baptista is a Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Guelph. He volunteered in various African countries in 2009 and witnessed the effects of HIV/AIDS in Lesotho first-hand. Mathew hopes to study and apply economics and finance to assist with third-world development.
